I AM BACK IN SINGAPORE AFTER 4 DAYS AWAY!





Feels great to come back to a place where you know that toilets are clean, the streets are safe(safer at least) & facilities are accessible almost everywhere. (even though malaysia has got more halal food to offer:X)

& so i went for a short trip with my relatives & 3 little rascals who got on my nerves half the time,i have to admit that it was a bittersweet holiday for me.

Day 1

Left Singapore at 9am, we had 2 pitstops before my aunt decided to change plans not to go over to Port Dickson & just head straight to Malacca *Boohoo* that means that I wouldn't be able to enjoy the beach,the sun, go jogging & enjoy the sauna. So much for theraphy & getting a getaway. We ended up back the the Garden City, a service apartment & spent the remainder ofthe day at the pool

Day 2




Set off from our apartment & changed for a bigger apartment on the 5th floor. The new apartment was definitely much better, it had more room for us to sit around & my cousin to play soccer-_-" After that, we headed to A Famosa, this recreational place, that has a zoo, resort, swimming place etc. quite a cool place I would say, was rather impressed by it! We ended up spending another whole day in the waters & i think i have officially changed race. But I managed to buy a tankini,sponsored by my Mummy & mak!Quite surprised they actually approved of me buying one, originally intended to buy a a bikini but decided against cos the tankini looks cute! But if I had the money i would have bought both cos its set at the same price as in singapore BUT in different currency!that's like half price!haha, typical singaporean:D

& after that,we left for home,where we got to the comforts of our bed:)

Day 3

On the morning of the 3rd day, i was enlightened & decided that i should go running around the estate area, only to find out the carpark is freaking small & i would totally die of boredom if i were to do a 30min run around the area. Feeling up for some adventure of my own I decided to take a risk by running beyond my housing area and out to the streets of Malacca. I would say its quite an experience, cos after a while i realised i was the only idiot running around(at least in running attire) I bet the locals though there was gonna be Olympics or something, suddenly seeing a GIRL( yes,they're still conservative) running around all alone along the city of malacca. It was quite scary,i'd have to admit cos i got confused and lost for a while, but with my cool woman's intuition,i figured my way around. But my cool intuition has its limit & i realised I was running on a path so narrow I was just asking to be knocked down-_-" But luckily for me, aside from being honked at occassionally and inches from some realy devilish car drivers, I was pretty safe. Regretted not bringing my camera that day, but well, i went again for my adventures the next day!:D third day was a day without swimming, and we went SHOPPING!

Day 4

The Adventures of Malina Alwi!:))

Woohoo, brought my camera along for my adventure! RObinson Crusoe couldn't present pictures of his travelling, but I can!:D So let me bring you through my malacca running trip! & i swear they people haven't seen a runner around their area, cos they checked me out(quote unquote yinzhou-_-") i'm totally flattered to be checked out by malaysian dudes.>_<
