it's been some time since i last updated this blog. Somehow, i can't really be bothered to update my blog since i lead such a monotonous life.lol.
holidays~ why do they call it holiday in the first place? i thought holidays are meant to be a period of time where students like me get to rest & chill out?on the contrast, teachers are giving piles & piles of worsksheets to be completed DURING the holidays. lol, ok i shan't brood & complain over this. afterall, it's for my own good. PRELIMS!
went for camp vivant for the 1s week of hol. i set 2 records in the history of malina's life.
1st record:
i completed 2 sets of emath hw DURING the camp! hey, it's amazing for me to even face my homework during a camp. but i guess the nus hostel environment helped. can u imagine living in an apartment that has only a bed, cupboard & study table? i should request from my mum one. so that i can become a damn mugger.HAH.
2nd record:
i slept for 30min to keep me alive for over a day and a half. lol.i can't believe myself, it was also my choice to stay awake on the 2nd last night of camp cos some participants were awake. We had a great time playing captains ball, mentors vs campers. hehe. i was reluctant to join in the game cos i showered already but then after being peered pressure by eugene ,i joined in (also cos mentors lacked manpower). I felt so sticky after that cos was drenched in sweat.hmm..i forgot who won the match? was it mentors?:) lol.
Anyway, went out with BAYGON after break camp on thursday. I survived until 6pm ,after settling some psl stuff & i zonked out till 6.45am the next morning! as much as i wanted to sleep in, i had to force myself out of bed to go for chem & bio lessons. As usual , chem was a bore but i was much alive for bio! i love bio, it's so interesting! ahha. after that i met up with high fivers to watch CLAP! Some hip hop competition. Seriously,some of the groups' performance were like girl/boy bands' dance. urgh. but the winning group deserved to win cos they were really good. hope they'll do Singapore proud by winning something in the competition held in L.A.
Didnt have much rest after reaching hm, had to prepare some last min ppt to present for 1st sb meeting after soo long of m.i.a-ing. ahha, only slept at 1 plus after giving up the battle with my closing eyelids. woke up at 6 plus to finish my work & headed down to Hub after that. had a nice response for the 1st meeting :) unfortunately after sb meeting, i had campteen exco mtg. i nearly died there. one whole day of meetings. Jas & i died during the meeting 3/4 way and we conked out at the sofa. lol. I can update more about my 2nd week but i think it'd be too long & i can't be bothered to type in the 1st place. i dont need to train my fingers up by typing. so I finally updated my blog.lol.
