loads of things happened during the holiday, i spent 2 weeks at camps & spending time at tapestry auditions. Sheesh.. reflecting back again, i think my life's rather happening.LTC '07. Camp Vivant. Tapestry Auditions.LTC '07!First event that happened during the hols was LTC! It was great getting to know all my group members ,JACK Sparrow! -Original, non-crispy! :D haven't got the time to upload all the photos into my com yet,i'll put it here once i've uploaded all the pics :D LTC was really a great was for us leaders to get to know each other better & form acquaintances. I think the people in Jack-S are really cool & special in their own ways,each having their own style. haha, i think my group is remembered as being the noisiest group at the wrong times( esp. during meals) & always the first to go for seconds for food. haha,can't be helped there were 12 guys! & only 5 girls. Sadly, i had to go off in the midst of campfire to head down to Camp Vivant :X Camp VIvant!I spent $12.60 on cab fare! URGH, Ka-ching! luckily the uncle was sooo kind to guide me to the nearest mrt(which was admiralty and not cck) & that saved me some money for myself.*phew* Took mrt to sembawang mrt & met hariz. I looked bloody ridiculous with my hiking bag & shoebag + my sleeping bag attached to my hiking bag. Everyone was staring @ my in the train. Sheesh.*covers face* & wats worse ,there wasnt any empty seats so i had to lug the damn bag on my shoulders for 15miN! (ok,it was freaking heavy la cos i packed for 7 days camp!there i was worried about my already vertically challenged height, hoping thati wont shrink)damn shagged during camp vivant, but as facil had to rah rah the group which i was attached to Anything..Whatever! ahah, cool name rite :D But this group's dynamics was really strong even when they first met. So, i didn't have to do much to hype them up. There's really too much details to put but i cant be bothered to type them all. Just some things that i'll never forget, we slept only 2-3 hours each nite :X & sleeping for 3 whole hours wil be consideered a luxury mann. hhaha, but well. it was all part & parcel of being a facil in a camp.I especially love the night activities set for the high 5vers to be, esp. nite walk ! We walked along little india all the way to maxwell centre the whole nite, talking about everything under the Moon & sky.I think the facils enjoyed nitewalk the most cos we went high & nuts that nite! haha, playing around with the walkie & making fun of people & making our own thai language.lol. ohh, kiral got 'drunk'. that silly boy took some random beer bottle i found on some seat & he thought it was empty! so he smartly made gestures to drink it up cos both of us were pretending to be on a marathon. haha, expired beer poured over his shirt & him, stinking him up! haha, quite loserfied but haha,it was hilarious!& soon after that we saw policemen patrolling around & we were scared to death that they might think that kiral was committing underage drinking. haha, so we used insect repellent to cover up the stinking beer smell ( cos i forgot to bring my deoderant!) yeap yeap, time passed by soo fast & it was soon time to book out. wen jing,jas & I went to hub (supposedly to slack & gossip) but we were too tired that we zonk out & slept at the couch for 3 hours! haha.Tapestry AuditionsI think this was the real eyeopener cos i've never seen soo many bands playing consecutively in my life,performing 'live'. haha, got lost trying to find my way to fourtonnes,though it was stupidly just directly across the street from where i was! -_-" how bimbotic was that? haha, & sat in & be part of the judges auditioning the bands. Some were really awesome but there were some that were just ordinary & inexperienced. gosh, i've become more deaf cos we were in an enclosed area & i was there for 5 hours straight. but it was really nice to have the opportunity to go for the auditions cos you can really see the underground music scene in s'pore, just that it's not brought to the attention of the general public. That's where Tapestry comes in! :)))after tapestry auds, we chill ard clarke quay to just slack & destress (for me). I guess i was too stressed up with the different commitments & school that i had this sudden urge to drown my worries with drinking. haha,what a sinful thought,(& expensive too),plus, i think i'll go nuts with alcohol in my body *wince at THat thought*I had my first training after a whole month of MIA. ahaha, 2 weeks mc from sprained ankle & 3 weeks mia cos of colosseum ,council & yada yada. i wanted to lie that i had dengue but lying is just against my principles.:) so when coach hamkah looked & me & give that questioning look, i just gave that smile & give innocent look (hahaa bit thick-skinned but embarrasing enough) i'm loving track again! urgh, my confused state of mind.-i miss.......
